Elizabeth H. Raskin is an associate attorney with Terri Herron Law. Elizabeth obtained her undergraduate degree from Emory University in 2001. She obtained her Law degree from New York University School of Law in 2004. While in law school, she served as Executive Editor of the Moot Court Board and worked in New York University School of Law's Family Defense Clinic.

Elizabeth represents clients in all aspects of domestic relations issues including Divorce, Fathers' rights, Child Custody, Child Support and Legitmation. Elizabeth is always fighting for the best interest of the child and is a valuable associate and advocate at Terri Herron Law and one of the top family law attorneys in Atlanta fathers rights . 

John Wetzler has been practicing law since 2000. John served as Staff Attorney in the Cobb County Superior Court to Judge Ken Nix. Following this, John also served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Brunswick Judicial Circuit. In private practice, John has extensive experience in Domestic, Criminal and General litigation. 

John's primary area of focus is Family Law including: Divorce, Child Support, Modification, Adoption, Contempt and all other issues pertaining to Family Law.

John is a Senior Litigation Associate at the Law Firm of Terri Herron, LLC serving all of Georgia with offices located throughout the Metro-Atlanta area. 

As our Office Manager, Devon keeps the office running smoothly and is on the front line making sure that clients have the best experience at a time that could be characterized as their worst times in life.  

Law can be intimidating. As our Senior Paralegal, Dee works directly with you to make sure you get the services you need.  With 10 years of experience, her expertise are beyond your normal Paralegal.  

Our Legal Assistant, Ms. Ali is also a third year law student at John Marshall Law School.  She's been a faithful fixture at the firm during her second year and third year of school.  We're excited that she will be realizing her dream of becoming an Attorney soon.

Our Second Legal Assistant, Ms. Long is also a third year law student at John Marshall Law School.  She's been quite the liaison between clients and the Count.  She too will  soon be taking the bar to realize her dream of becoming an Attorney.
